In the office: people washing windows
Just experienced the following. I work in an office. Sitting behind the computer all day. And once in a while there are some men that come into our room to wash the windows. That's just such a bless! Tingles all over!
Also have it when the cleaning lady comes emptying the thrashcans or the lady that comes watering the plants. They try to do it very discretely and I thing that's the real trigger, not what they do but HOW they do it. For example, it's not with everyone. People that seem a bit hyperactive or something don't trigger it for me, but people that are a bit slow.. quiet.. Oh isn't ASMR a bless? I'm glad I found this forum and share this stuff with people who understand what I'm feeling! |

I was once at a cafe and the girl started to wipe down all the surfaces. She was doing it in quite a slow and attentive manner (clearly cared about her job!) and I then had the dilemma of how to watch her without her noticing and getting creeped out, but then again I was getting great ASMR from her so I didn't want to look away!!
